Often in larger groups, there can be a myriad of voices calling out and showing a way forward. These voices can all have an equally viable point of view or suggestion. How do you choose the way forward for the group as a whole?
Vincent served as spiritual advisor for many of the charities which were set up in the villages, towns and cities where missions were carried out. In doing so, he helped keep these organisations focussed on their mission, on the reason they were set up and the spirituality underlying their work. This work as spiritual advisor is still carried out by the Congregation to this day.
